Highest quality standards are achieved through the implementations of latest technology, decades of experience and everlasting moral values , which have helped us to retain our customers as well as multiply them.
Airpac has always been inclined towards innovation. In 1998 the pharmaceutical industry witnessed a new, improved and compact solution when Airpac introduced the concept of Air Handling System with an inbuilt Dehumidifier in India. Today, this solution is commonly known as ACDs (AHU cum Dehumidifier) or an Engineered Dehumidifier.
When it comes to drying pharmaceutical products, three major variables viz., temperature, air velocity and absolute humidity play a key role. Since most of the pharmaceutical products are temperature sensitive the best way to attain optimum production and ensure efficient drying is to reduce the humidity.
This can be best achieved by using a desiccant rotor in addition to the conventional chilled water dehumidification. This helps in reducing humidity, lowering dew point and optimizing the dryness in air before it comes in contact with the product being manufactured.
The AHU cum Dehumidifiers introduced to the world by Airpac today helps the Pharmaceutical Industry to achieve optimum manufacturing environments for their products. Our Dehumidifier modules are especially designing to be placed alongside existing Air Handling Units meant for Low Humidity applications.
Airpac’s Air Handling Unit combination With Seibu-Giken's Hi-Panex-ION Total / Sensible Heat Exchanger Energy Recovery Wheel as name suggests, uses ION power to recover energy leading to more energy saving while achieving comfortable Air-conditioning. In a typical installation, the wheel is positioned in an Air Handling Unit so that it is divided into halves of Supply and Return Air Flow in counter flow directions with respective Filters, Heat Exchangers & Centrifugal Fans section to give Highest Level Performance .
